Assessment
At key points across the year, we will use formal assessment to check pupils' understanding of Reading and Maths.
To assess writing, we will study a range of writing from across the curriculum, looking for evidence of key components relevant to literary skills that have been taught.
To assess other curriculum areas, we will use pieces of work created throughout the unit to determine whether pupils need further support.
