Religious Observance of Eid on Friday 15th June 2018

Dear Parents/Carers,

Re: Religious Observance of Eid on Friday 15th June 2018

We know that Eid will fall on either Friday or Saturday next week. Hodge Hill Primary School is giving permission for those pupils observing Eid (only) to not attend school on Friday 15th June 2018. Please note, we are only authorising ONE DAY off for Eid to ensure the disruption to our children’s learning is kept to a minimum.

Any pupils who are not observing Eid will be expected in school.

If children are not in school on Friday due to illness, evidence of a medical appointment will be required.

We hope those celebrating have a joyous day - Eid Mubarak to you all.

Kind Regards

K. Pouni

Interim Headteacher
